McLennan can get involved at the infancy of your potential project and has assisted numerous clients in realising their development plans by identifying suitable sites both on and off market.

At McLennan we offer all our clients a robust Principal Designer service to ensure full compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 whenever the project will involve more than one contractor.

At McLennan we can provide a full design coordination service and many of our repeat clients appoint us to manage the entire development process, the design team from site acquisition through completion of site works through to the provision of furniture, fitments and equipment.

Since our formation on 1981 McLennan have altered and extended many historic buildings and have developed a varied and flexible approach to the conservation and adaptive re-use of listed properties.
