The McLennan Partnership Ltd was commissioned to develop and implement design proposals for the extension and refurbishment of this period sandstone family home.
The brief for the project was to undertake full stone repairs and roof replacement works to the exterior of this period property and provide additional living accommodation in the form of a large rear extension over three floors, including a new modern kitchen, family room and large Master bedroom suite with en-suite.
Furthermore, we were involved in the complete re-design of the interiors of the original house, maintaining and enhancing period features wherever possible and marrying the old and new within the new modern extension interiors.
Externally we also redesigned the hard landscaped driveway and rear parking court along with a new double garage and workshop.
